|
As a socially responsible company, we provide the following information to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010:
1. We conduct an internal risk assessment as part of our evaluation of potential suppliers. Among the factors considered in this evaluation are the risks of human trafficking and slavery.
2. We ask that our direct suppliers adhere to all applicable laws, standards and regulations that prohibit human trafficking and the employment of forced, slave, bonded or child labor. We do not believe that the risk of forced labor or human trafficking in our supply chain is significant.
3. We provide education to employees who work with our supply chain on the topics of slavery and human trafficking as well as the identification and mitigation of such risks.
4. We are committed to ensuring that we operate our supply chains in a manner consistent with our Values and Expectations of 168 and our Supplier Code of Conduct.
